Shipping & Delivery

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We put a lot of focus on making sure your items get delivered as quickly as possible. Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, availability of your items and the time of day you place your order.

The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
• Processing time: 1-5 business days
• Shipping time:5-15 business days

Order Confirmation
Immediately after your order is placed, an Order Confirmation email with a summary of your order as well as your shipping and illing details will be sent to you.


Processing
Once your order is confired, we will prepare your items for shipping. Items marked with "Ships in 24 hours" are in- stock items which will be shipped on the next business day. Other items may take 2-3 business days for processing. While we work hard to ensure your order is prepared for shipping as quickly as possible, some items may have longer processing time due to low product availability. In such circumstances, you will be notified by email of the delay.

Shipping
You can enjoy free shipping for orders over $49. Where available, you can opt for Express Shipping for an additional fee. Please note that if you select Express Shipping for your order, a street address and contact number is required as delivery cannot be made to P.O. Box addresses.

Shipping Confirmation
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email, letting you know your items have left our warehouse. Details about the items contained in the shipment as well as a tracking number are included in the email.
To track your package, simply click onto the link provided. Please note that sometimes it takes the shipping company 24 hours to update the status of the shipment and your tracking link may not work immediately. If your order has multiple ltems, they may be spllt into dfferet packages shipped on dfferent days. You wil recelve a separate Shipping Confirmation for each shipment.

Day of Delivery
On the day your package will be delivered, an SMS notification will be sent to you to let you know your deliveryis on its way to you.

Missed Delivery
If you are not available to receive your shipment, you can contact your carrier to reschedule a delivery.
